Private League V.0.4

This is a very minor update. Just to clean up a few things so that we can have a more fluid system

Change Features:
✯ Clan and player rank updates will be held only on Saturdays now to directly correspond with competitions.
✯ New "Helpful Info" section for threads that will help you out in the long run. To contribute to this section, please leave well written advice and info in a thread in the "Suggestions" section. If it gets approved, you'll see it moved to the "Helpful Info" section shortly.
✯ PvP contest postponed until more members are on summer break or off from work. ~Sorry!
